There are many parts that go into a Chrysler. I have worked at the Chrysler factory for many years now and I have seen what it takes to put one of these vehicles together. I started work at the Chrysler factory when I left school at 16. I was unsure what I wanted to do with my life and did not really have any knowledge of any jobs outside that of the factory. My dad had worked at the Chrysler factory for all of his life so it was a natural path for me to take. I moved up to the Parts department a few years ago after being promoted by my manager. I was walking through the factory the other day when I noticed a drip of water was falling from the roof onto the floor. This was not an unusual thing as the factory was quite old and the roof needed replacing. I grabbed a bucket and placed it under the drip. I carried on with my duties of inspecting the parts for quality control and later returned to the spot of the dripping water to see how much the bucket had been filled. I was amazed to see that the drip had increased in size and the bucket was now almost full. Suddenly I heard a loud crack above my head and when I looked up I saw a huge piece of roof falling down towards me. I quickly jumped out of the way and avoided being struck on the head. Before I knew it rain was pouring in through a huge hole in the roof and I had narrowly avoided being concussed or worse. Luckily none of the Chrysler parts were damaged.
